**Parking & Unloading:**

- No vehicles are allowed past venue warning signs and closed gates.

- Driving onto the wedding grounds is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $3,000 charge for damages to sprinklers, lighting, and landscaping.

**Payment Terms:**

- We accept check, cash, and credit cards for payments.

- A 40% deposit is required to reserve the venue, along with a signed contract.

- The total amount is due 60 days before the rental date.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

- A credit card is required for the security deposit.

**Renters' Responsibilities:**

- All trash and decorations must be collected and stored in the designated area outside. Failing to do so will result in additional charges.

- Decorations:

  - No nails or staples are permitted on the venue structure.

  - All decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period.

  - Any extra time needed will incur an hourly fee of $350, deducted from the renter's deposit. If extra fees exceed the deposit, the renter will be responsible for the additional charges, including any damage to the venue.

**Departure Rules:**

- Venue furniture and paintings must not be moved inside or outside the venue.

- No rice, plastic, or fire decorations are allowed.

- Air conditioning, heating, or music can only be adjusted by venue staff. Rental grounds are accessible to guests; no one is permitted past the venue's gates, including the pastures.
